Church Attendance Management
Make church attendance easier to record, understand and manage.
Keryva connects check-in with attendance so your church can see who actually attended a particular service or event.
How attendance works in Keryva
- A person scans the QR code or opens the check-in link for a service or event.
- They check in, and their attendance is recorded.
- Checked-in people appear in the usher attendance view for that gathering.
- The church team can review attendance for the service or event.
Check-in
QR and link check-in
Each service or event can be checked into by scanning a QR code or opening a secure link.
Member check-in
Signed-in members check themselves in, and their attendance is linked to their member record.
Visitor check-in
Visitors can check in with a few basic details, kept separate from church members.
Duplicate prevention
Checking in more than once for the same gathering records a single attendance, so nobody is counted twice.
Services, events and children
Services
Record attendance for your regular church services.
Events
Record attendance for church events alongside services.
Children
Children are checked in through the children's register for services, linked to their guardians.
Church team review
Church administrators can view attendance and continue to add attendance records where appropriate.
Usher attendance
Ushers in your church's Ushering department see an attendance register of the people who have actually checked into a chosen service or event.
Ushers do not manually mark every church member present, and the full membership directory is not shown. Only people who have checked in appear, with just their name and whether they are an adult or child, member or visitor.
Filters and totals
Male, Female and Children filters
Filter the people who checked in by All, Male, Female or Children.
Attendance totals
See totals for attendance, male, female, children, members and visitors for each gathering.
